We collect the details you choose to provide through our enquiry form, typically your name, email address, company, phone number and message, together with basic, anonymised information about how the site is used.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a coaching relationship begins, to administer that engagement. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential. Notes are stored securely, kept to a minimum, and are not disclosed to employers, boards or any third party without your explicit consent.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are retained in line with professional and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us directly.
