Coaching engagements
Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, duration, fees, cancellation and confidentiality. Nothing on this website forms a contract in itself.
Fees and cancellation
Fees are agreed in advance of any engagement. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be chargeable, as set out in the engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
All text, imagery and materials on this website remain the property of the practice and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Coaching supports your decision-making; responsibility for decisions and their outcomes remains with the client. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
